Focusing on nits

THEY are the bane of every parent’s life but for one day only they will be the centre of attention.

Eastleigh Museum is hosting a special event in honour of head lice, giving guests the chance to bust some nit myths before making a model of the little cretin to take home.

The Nitpicking event will take place on Thursday from 10am to 2.30pm, at the museum in High Street. All children must be accompanied by adults.
