Elizabeth Saunders of Healthy Tomorrow thanks everyone who called their Senators last week
about the Massachusetts budget amendment for Safer Alternatives to Toxic Chemicals.

More than one third of the US population is suffering from a range of chronic diseases,
including cancers, asthma, infertility, learning and developmental disabilities, birth defects,
endometriosis, diabetes, and Parkinson's disease and more. Scientific evidence increasingly
indicates that toxic chemicals contribute to this epidemic of diseases and disorders.

Industry lobbyists are actively working to prevent this amendment from getting passed so every
concerned Massachusetts citizen needs to contact their senator to be sure their voices are
heard!
