Dear Assemblyman Gottfried,

May I congratulate you on your Bill to ban Lindane.

This is a dangerous carcinogenic and neurotoxic drug which
is widely prescribed to children without informing parents of its hazards.   Furthermore, there are safe alternatives, including a nit comb.
